- Requirements gathering from the key stakeholders of the business.
- Review of the current IT systems and network configuration.
- Vendor/Project Management of lead times, project timeline with regular project update reports.
- Perform the installation/setup of specified infrastructure: switches, circuits, structural cabling, and all related IT infrastructure items within the new space prior to the move in date.
- Unpack, reconnect and test relocated server room, desktop and server/network equipment at the new office.
- Procurement of IT equipment as requested by the client, including quotation, ordering, co-ordination of deliveries.
- Liaise with global IT teams as well as the Design renovations vendor to ensure the requirements for the new Office are met.
- Consult on the design/installation of the Server Room including CRAC Air Condition systems, fire suppression systems, electrical supply systems, raised floor requirements, water proofing requirements, CCTV, Security systems and cabling paths etc.
